1cup chickpea flour (besan)
1 to 1 ¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tomato
1 small to medium size onion
1 garlic
Some coriander leaf

Mix chickpea flour and water
Dice tomato, onion, garlic and coriander leaf
Combine chopped vegetables into chickpea mix
Heat up a non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil
Pour the mixer and cook for about 5 minutes with medium to high heat
Flip the pancake and cook a few minutes
Make sure both sides are cooked through
Transfer to a plate and enjoy!
